Queue

Been in position #2 for 30 minutes.

Only sure fire way to move up in the queue is to try to make it to the bathroom and back.

(although, right now is actually really good... the company using it just has to be sufficiently staffed!)

lol. nope. anytime i think i can make it to the restroom and back is when the agent goes through 4 people in a minute. I come back to a screen that says "chat canceled".

i need to drink less when i'm on hold for support.
