I don't like driving in the rain!

Both of the canyons are closed, freeway closures, roads have been replaced by pot holes. Enough already!

I'd also like to request that the lanes be painted with phosphorous paint so the lanes glow. I'm no traffic engineer, but I think it would be a good idea to be able to see the lanes on the road when it rains.
