It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood...

a beautiful day for a neighbor.
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?

It's a neighborly day in this beauty wood,
A neighborly day for a beauty.
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?...

I've always wanted to have a neighbor just like you.
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So, let's make the most of this beautiful day.
Since we're together we might as well say:
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?

Won't you be my neighbor?
Won't you please,
Won't you please?
Please won't you be my neighbor?

HI, NEIGHBOR!

Who's in YOUR neighborhood?

Wow. The 1/10 mile search on my address shows two blue squares on the map, and that doesn't include the other two squares on my own street. Lots of squares.

I have Richard Simmons near my house.

Of course, either he's let himself go or this is a VERY different Richard Simmons.

I've seen that guy in my search. Isn't it creepy that he lives like a block away from an elementary school?

513 for ALL of San Francisco doesn't seem to bad, per capita... Napa has over 100, meaning that the way upper class shit in Napa really have more to hide than the average joe in the city :)
