I thought your passenger was pulling your leg so I googled it. The term "hyper driving" is at best obscure, but there are references to it. From what you said and other stuff I read, it sounds like justifiable grounds for road rage. At the very least it is the kind of egomaniacal idiocy that gives true ecowarriors a bad name. Times like those, I always wish I had a paint gun in my car.
