Good news for T-mo customers...

Just read on HoFo: We can now roam on AT&T's 800/850MHz networks—an increase in nationwide coverage by 56%! Unfortunately doesn't help in SoCal, but in a few rural areas in NorCal.

Problem is that they've only very recently started carrying phones that support 850MHz, so I imagine it won't be much help to a lot of existing customers.

'tis true... but my last few do, so it's golden. Besides, who keeps phones over a year?! Crazy people! That's who!

MDA/Wizard (future phone/boyfriend)
A630 (quad band with hack)
T616 (850/1800/1900)

Poor sods who get locked into 2 year contracts and boring people who only expect their cell to do as much as their landline.

My contract with Cingular is up next week and I'm not sure what to do - I'm pretty underwhelmed with all of my options.
